Innovative Office Solutions will stand behind all of our Ricoh equipment and support our customers with a hassle-free, Repair or Replacement Guarantee. If your Ricoh equipment is not performing within the machine’s designed specifications and cannot be repaired by Innovative Office Solutions, we will replace your Ricoh equipment with an equivalent machine, FREE.
This 3 Years Repair or Replacement Guarantee begins at the date of installation and the equipment must be maintained continuously by Innovative Office Solutions, with all parts and supplies being furnished solely by Innovative Office Solutions. Any failure of the equipment to perform due to damages caused by an accident or misuse, including improper voltage will void this guarantee.
Also, each machine must not exceed the monthly recommended volume as stated by Innovative Office Solutions. Additionally, any service performed by another vendor other than Innovative Office Solutions will void this agreement. We look forward to a long-term business relationship. Once we are selected as your new copier vendor, we will take all the concerns and worries of maintaining the copier out of your hands and into ours.
